Delivery

At My Lovely Party Box we have a dedicated team of delivery drivers who aim to get your box to you as quickly as possible. Our delivery times are within 5-7 working days and our working days are classed as Monday - Friday.

If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us to confirm we are available to deliver your box express delivery at an extra cost.

Returns

All the personalised items are printed to your specification, we will always double check your information before we print anything. In the case that there is an error with the printing and it doesn't match the information we received and check we will issue you with a replacement or refund. In all other cases, we do not offer any kind of refund on printed items.

If any of the items have been damaged during production or delivery, please send a photo as soon as possible within 24 hours of receipt for us to replace or refund your items. We will not provide a refund after the day of the party.

If any of the non-personalised items are damaged, please provide a photo as soon as possible within 24 hours of receipt. We will analyse the damage and replace anything not up to standard.
